Cara Install dan Konfigurasi DNS Server pada Debian 8

Cara Menginstalasi DNS Server Debian



Data Skenario
IP Address     :    192.168.220.14/28
Hostname    :    ns1
Domain Name    :    myzone.local
Paket Software    :    bind9
Opsional    :    bind9utils
Service    :    bind9
Lokasi    :    DVD Debian 8.0 #1


  1. Mengkonfigurasi Media Instalasi
Langkah Kerja
    1. Edit file source.list
root@ns1:~# nano /etc/apt/sources.list
    1. Menyiapkan DVD Installer
Pastikan DVD Debian 8.0 #1 sudah di dalam optical drive, selanjutnya :
root@ns1:~# apt-cdrom add


Tekan tombol enter, hasilnya :


    1. Me-refresh installer
root@ns1:~# apt-get update


  1. Menginstalasi Paket Program DNS Server
Langkah Kerja
root@ns1:~# apt-get install bind9 bind9utils

  1. Mengkonfigurasi DNS Server
Langkah Kerja
    1. Aktifkan direktori /etc/bind
root@ns1:~# cd /etc/bind/
    1. Tampilkan daftar file
root@ns1:/etc/bind# ls

    1. Edit file named.conf.local
root@ns1:/etc/bind# nano named.conf.local


    1. Buat file konfigurasi db.myzone (format mengacu file db.local)
root@ns1:/etc/bind# cp db.local db.myzone
root@ns1:/etc/bind# nano db.myzone
    Isi file Asl

Hasil editing 
:

    1. Buat file konfigurasi db.192.168.220 (format mengacu file db.127)
root@ns1:/etc/bind# cp db.127 db.192.168.220
root@ns1:/etc/bind# nano db.192.168.220

    1. Menjalankan Ulang Service DNS
root@ns1:/etc/bind# service bind9 restart

    1. Menguji penulisan konfigurasi DNS
root@ns1:/etc/bind# named-checkconf
Jika tidak ada pesan berarti OK

    1. Menguji penulisan zone file
root@ns1:/etc/bind# named-checkzone myzone.local db.myzone
Jika tidak ada pesan berarti OK

    1. Menguji Kerja Service DNS
root@ns1:~# dig @192.168.220.14 ns1.myzone.local
    1. Mengecek file : DNS Resolver
root@ns1:/etc/bind# nano /etc/resolv.conf

    1. Menguji DNS

root@ns1:~# ping ns1.myzone.local
PING ns1.myzone.local (192.168.220.14) 56(84) bytes of data.
